Responsibilities
Recruitment Support - Help post job ads, arrange interviews, and contact candidates.
Employee Records - Keep employee files updated and organized.
Onboarding & Offboarding - Prepare documents and support new joiners and leavers.
Attendance & Leave - Track staff attendance and leave records.
Allowances & Salaries - Assist in compiling data for monthly allowances and worker salaries.
Admin Tasks - Prepare HR letters, handle claims, and support daily HR tasks.
Staff Activities - Help organize staff events and training sessions
